Urban Oasis projects is the housing project located in Hattiban, Lalitpur with the state of art modern buildings. There are 10 individual building of 3 different modern design with gym hall, spa hall and swimming pool. It is one of the luxurious housing concept in Kathmandu in which each building covers 5000+ Sq.ft of built up area with the land of 8+ aanas for the greenery and parking space. Our work scope includes civil works of building upto plasterworks, boundary wall and propery demarcation works.
